Shipping and Returns
Your shipping charges are calculated in checkout. Orders are shipped within 5 days of payment processing. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We ship using First Class primarily; though, you may see Fedex or DHL used on an occasion.
We do not accept requests for using different shipping methods. The shipping methods used have the highest rate of delivery.
Tracking may appear inactive at times for international packages; though, we can assure you that your package is in transit. During this trying time, even the postal system has a tough time keeping up. Please monitor your tracking on a daily basis and contact us, if you need further explanation.
Transit time varies from package to package, even packages shipped in the same batch. The average transit time is approximately 3 weeks but may still arrive sooner. Customs must review packages before they can exit and enter a country. Please allow this time for customs to process your package. Should your package not arrive after a month in transit or a customs letter is received, please contact us immediately.
Due to the nature of consumer goods, we cannot accept returns; however, if you feel confident the product you received is below standard, expired, or damaged, we can review your case for a potential replacement.
Replacements are not a guarantee and must go through a review process by our quality department.
